Hydatid cyst is a zoonotic disease caused by Echinococcus granulosus, transferred through the oral-fecal pathway eating vegetables and food contaminated with dog stool containing eggs of parasite. most commonly found in liver; however, dissemination can occur other organs such as lung rarely heart, breast, thyroid, soft tissue neck, kidney. The surgical approach remains treatment choice hydatid. Meticulous handling hydatid important preoperatively care should be taken against spillage contents daughter cysts. In this case report, we report recurrence renal hydatidosis.
